Employed directly by the client.
There are currently 2 officers on site, split on 2 weeks on/2 weeks off but the client wishes to double the officers on site.
Looking at a split job share for 2 people - two officers already on site. Discussion shift split can be made between officers as long as there are 2 officers on site at any one time during required hours.
