Job Description

Minimal Risk is seeking 2 Security Officers for a full-time contract (42 to 48 hrs a week) to work both day and night shifts at Harewood Stately Home and Estate near Wetherby/Leeds.

The suitable candidate will be expected to work across three areas of the business conducting mobile and static security of the Estate, House, and Film Sets. The nature of the post requires a degree of physical activity so would suit someone that is active and enjoys the great outdoors.

The work is varied and interesting with the option to work on additional events held at this very busy and prestigious location.

You must hold a clean manual driving licence, a SIA Frontline DS Licence and live within a commutable distance from LS17 9LF.

Current pay rate is £11.00 per hour, Bank Holidays at time and half and 25 days annual paid holiday. Uniform is provided. We will also pay, when required, your SIA DS licence renewal upskills course.

Duties comprise of, but are not limited to:

Control Room Monitoring: (CCTV, Radios, on site Alarms, Fire Panels, Key Control)
Vehicle/Mobile Patrols and Response to Incidents
Foot Patrols
Client and Customer Liaison
Access Control
Special Events
Alarm Response (on site) & Emergency and Incident Preparedness

There will be a requirement to undergo company sponsored first aid training, as well as job specific onsite training as part of the induction process.

Qualifications

Minimum of an in-date SIA DS Licence.

Clean Manual Driving licence.

If held, a First Aid qualification and SIA CCTV Licence will be advantageous.
