• Job Description

  • We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented professional to support and coordinate security operations in line with organisational values, policies, ISO standards, and standard operating procedures.

    The role is responsible for real-time operational oversight, including briefing verification, fleet and asset monitoring, incident reporting, tracking platform management, panic and duress response, and ensuring accurate documentation across all shifts. The successful candidate will manage emergency escalations, activate crisis response protocols, liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor CCTV and tracking systems, oversee firearm and vehicle compliance registers, and ensure timely communication and reporting. This position requires strong situational awareness, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to respond decisively to high-risk incidents while maintaining service excellence and operational readiness.

  • Qualifications

    • 3-5 Years’ experience in corporate security or operations centre environment
    • NQF level 5 or greater in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Legal, Intelligence Systems, Emergency Systems, International Relations or related field
    • PSIRA Grade C minimum
