  • Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team. The role involves delivering high-quality training programs to security personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle a range of emergency and security situations. Key responsibilities include:

    - Developing and delivering training sessions on security protocols, emergency responses, and SOPs.
    - Conducting practical assessments to ensure personnel are competent in handling real-world scenarios such as active shooter incidents, medical emergencies, and motor vehicle accidents.
    - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of trainees and providing feedback for improvement.
    - Keeping training materials and programs up to date with the latest security practices and technologies.
    - Collaborating with the security management team to align training with operational requirements.

  • Qualifications

  • NQF level 4 or greater in;
    - Train the trainer
    - Instructor
     
    Firearms (Handgun, Shotgun Carbine)
