  • Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Global Security Operations Centre Senior Associate to join our team. This role involves overseeing critical operations, emergency responses, and asset management to ensure the safety and security of staff and clients. Key responsibilities include:

    - Immediate communication of breaking news and emergency alerts to relevant stakeholders.
    - Liaising with law enforcement and verifying information from social media and other channels.
    - Managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for emergency incidents such as terror attacks, vehicle accidents, medical emergencies, and more.
    - Accurate documentation of events in the GSOC occurrence book and other reporting tools.
    - Maintaining regular communication with associates and stakeholders via WhatsApp, Signal, and other platforms.
    - Conducting checks on tracking systems and CCTV to ensure all security measures are functional.
    - Overseeing vehicle inspections and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
    - Providing detailed and timely incident reports for senior management.

  • Qualifications

  • NQF level 4 or greater in;
    - Criminal Justice,
    - Political Science,
    - Intelligence Systems,
    - Emergency Systems or related field
     
    PSIRA Grade C
