  • Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Security Operations Centre Associate to manage the day-to-day coordination of security operations and asset management for our organisation. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely response to incidents. Key responsibilities include:

    - Validating and posting flight updates, and coordinating with drivers and trip leads.
    - Monitoring driver locations, traffic updates, and emergency service unit (ESU) movements via WhatsApp and other platforms.
    - Overseeing vehicle booking, inspection, and compliance, including managing rental returns and ensuring vehicles are ready for tasks.
    - Regularly monitoring and maintaining security systems like CCTV and addressing any breaches.
    - Managing operations-related tasks such as filing GSOC documentation and ensuring SOPs are followed during MRC calls.
    - Preparing vehicle packs, cooler boxes, and ensuring storeroom organization.

  • Qualifications

  • NQF level 4 or greater;
    - Criminal Justice
    - Political Science
    - Intelligence Systems
    - Emergency Systems, or related field
     
    PSIRA Grade C
